It's important to understand that order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping to [countries in the UK].
For any overseas orders our rates differ from between £14.99-25.99
International Orders & Customs Delays
Please note that international orders may occasionally take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe. While we strive to dispatch and deliver all orders promptly, customs inspections and clearance procedures are carried out by the destination country's customs authorities and are beyond our control.
As a result, customs processing may cause unexpected delays to delivery. Al Khilat cannot be held responsible for delays arising from customs clearance, import procedures, or other actions taken by local authorities. We recommend allowing additional time for international deliveries, particularly during peak periods and holidays.
How do i check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Alkhilat@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and restock fee. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Alkhilat@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
