Return and Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 14  days after you have received it. Please note that the shipping fee and any additional custom charges (for international returns) is not refunded.

2. If the product is in perfect condition but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 14 days period for a refund. In this case, we will charge a 15% restocking and handling fee. We also do not refund the shipping fee.

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging with any labels and swing tags still intact. Any gifts that were provided with the order must also be returned As well. 

Note:

• Refunds are only available within a period of 14 days after you receive the item(s).
• Buyers need to pay the return shipping fee, we therefore recommend returned items to be sent in the form of recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

 

3. If a product is damaged , you can send it back to us for exchange provided it is within 30 days of purchase date. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees for resending the item to you.

 

4.If you don't receive your order, we will resend it or you can request a full refund. We send out all of our items with full tracking so if we can see that the order has been delivered to the recipient you may not be eligible for a replacement/ refund.

 

• We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at alkhilat@outlook.com and we will provide you with a return address.

If your return is accepted we will send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will exchange all items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the swing tag still intact and in the exact packaging it was sent in within 14 days of the date of receipt. Any exchange after this time period may not be accepted.

 

•If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the exchange will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges if the procedures have not been followed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

 

1.Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will have to wait to receive the item in order to return it back to us
